SUBMARINE INFORMATION CELL

They are information cells that are placed in the flow of ocean currents and function as permanent sources of information on undersea life and changing ocean conditions. Strategically distributed, they form an orthogonal information network in which each piece of equipment, covering a circumference of around 50 miles in radius, serves as an expedition point for exploration and research teams.
